AIDA FREEDIVING COURSE

We offer a complete range of AIDA freediving courses, from entry-level programs for beginners to advanced certifications for experienced freedivers looking to refine depth, technique, and safety skills.
Training is conducted in both confined water (pool) and open water environments, following AIDA International standards. Courses focus on proper breathing techniques, relaxation, equalization, safety procedures, and progressive depth development, with all open water sessions conducted under close professional supervision.

  • AIDA 1 – Introduction to Freediving ​

        Previous level certification required ·2 pool sessions + 4 open water                    sessions ·Theory & exam​

  • AIDA 4 – Master Freediver​

         Previous level certification required ·2 pool sessions + 4 open water                   sessions ·Theory & exam​

All of the prices above include equipment rental, portage fees, transportation to and from dive sites, dive instructor fee and all AIDA  materials and certifications. Prices are charged in Indonesian Rupiah.
